Les barbos

Les barbos is an art project founded by Maude Gervais, a Montreal-based urban planner and illustrator who has been living in Quebec City, her adopted city, for about five years. Resolutely urban and passionate about nature and the outdoors, Maude is inspired by the landscapes of Quebec and elsewhere to createminimalist and soft works, transporting the viewer from the top of a snowy mountain to the foot of a sunny beach. Begun less than two years ago, the project Les barbos has collaborated with several Quebec companies and organizations, including Le Massif de Charlevoix, La Maison Simons, FIG Clothing, deTerroir Café, Marigold and more.
