Pickup at the Blainville Workshop
You can pick up your order free of charge at the Décor Imprimé offices, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Select "Pick up" under the delivery options at checkout.

Delivery Times
1. Order Preparation and Delivery Process
- Payment of the order;
- Production/Printing;
- Packaging and tracking number notification;
- Delivery by the carrier.
2. Production Times
Once payment for the order is received, production/printing takes 3 to 7 business days.
Samples have the same production time as other orders, that is, 3 to 7 business days.
Custom projects requiring more design time and visual proof approval delays may see their production time extended. The production time would then be 3 to 7 business days following the client's final approval.
3. Packaging and Tracking Number Notification
Once printing is complete, your order is packaged and the tracking number for your package is sent to you by email. You can then track your package on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Times
In addition to the normal production time of 3 to 7 business days.
Within Canada
Shipping time is then 2 to 5 business days.*
For a total delay of 5 to 12 business days following the payment of your order.
Within the US
Shipping time is then 4 to 8 business days.*
For a total delay of 7 to 15 business days following the payment of your order.
International
Shipping time is then 10 to 25 business days.*
For a total delay of 13 to 32 business days following the payment of your order.
*Please note that certain events beyond our control may increase delivery times for the various carriers. The times listed above are therefore estimated to the best of our knowledge and experience.
Customs Fees and Delays
Please note that customs processing of packages may take a few additional days.
When customs fees are required by the authorities of the buyer's country, these fees must be paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for finding out about these fees from their country's authorities before placing an order.
Décor Imprimé is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any issue related to the delivery service.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Accuracy of the Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
In case of an error (e.g., missing unit number, incorrect postal code, misspelled street name), correction fees may be charged by the carriers (e.g., UPS, Purolator, FedEx).
If such a situation occurs, the fees charged by the carrier for the address correction will automatically be billed back to the customer.
These fees typically range between $15 and $20, depending on the carrier.
We encourage you to carefully verify your information before finalizing your order.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping Fees for Remote Areas
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for addresses located in remote or less accessible areas.
Indeed, carriers do not apply their standard rates for deliveries outside major urban centers, and these fees can be significantly higher.
In such cases, an additional invoice will be sent to the customer before the shipping label is purchased.
The customer will then have the choice to accept or decline these additional fees. If declined, the order and its shipment will be automatically canceled.
