Canada

Orders C$120.00 and more (before taxes) (including samples): Free

Orders of C$119.99 and less (before taxes) (including samples): C$12.00

USA

Orders US$90.00 and more (before taxes) (including samples): Free

Orders of US$89.99 and less (before taxes) (including samples): C$9.75

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for addresses located in remote or less accessible areas. Please refer to the last section delow.

International

Pick-up at the workshop in Blainville

It is possible to pick up your order at Printed Decor’s workshop in Blainville and avoid shipping fees from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30.  

To do so, select “PICK UP” when choosing your delivery options at checkout.

Production takes 3 to 7 days. You will receive an email advising you when your order is ready.

Delivery Time

1. Order preparation and delivery

  1. Payment of the order;
  2. Production/Printing;
  3. Packing and confirmation of a tracking #;
  4. Delivery by the shipping company.

2. Production Time

Once the payment of an order has been completed, production/printing takes 3 to 7 business days.

The delays for samples are the same, that is 3 to 7 business days.

Custom projects can take longer due to the obligatory approval of the product visuals. The production delay for custom projects is 3 to 7 business days following the approval of the visual proofs by the client.

3. Packaging and confirmation of a tracking #

Upon completion of the production of your order, it will be packaged and a tracking # will be provided by email. Every order can be tracked on the website of the corresponding courrier.

4. Shipping times

Within Canada

Shipping times are from 2 to 5 business days.*
You will receive your order 5 to 12 business days following the payment of your order.

Within the US

Shipping times are from 4 to 8 business days.*
You will receive your order 7 to 15 business days following the payment of your order.

International

Shipping times are from 10 to 25 business days.*
You will receive your order 13 to 32 business days following the payment of your order.

Samples (Canada and US only)

Standard with a stamp / no tracking #
Shipping times are from 5 to 10 business days.*
You will receive your order 8 to 17 business days following the payment of your order.

Standard with tracking #
Shipping times are from 2 to 5 business days.*
You will receive your order 5 to 12 business days following the payment of your order.

*Please understand that certain events, out of our control, may cause a longer delivery time by transport companies. The shipping times mentioned above are based on the information provided to us and our previous experience.


Duty fees and delays

Please note that the treatment of packages at international borders will add a few days to shipping times.  

We recommend that the client inform about possible duty fees as the payment of these fees are the responsibility of the client themself and not that of Printed Decor.

Printed Decor is not responsible for any delays caused at customs nor are they responsible for delays caused by transport services.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.


Accuracy of the Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.

In case of an error (e.g., missing unit number, incorrect postal code, misspelled street name), correction fees may be charged by the carriers (e.g., UPS, Purolator, FedEx).

If such a situation occurs, the correction fees charged by the carrier will automatically be billed back to the customer.

These fees typically range between $15 and $20, depending on the carrier.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your information before finalizing your order.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.


Shipping Fees for Remote Areas

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for addresses located in remote or less accessible areas. Carriers do not apply their standard rates for deliveries outside major urban centers, and these fees can be significantly higher.

In such cases, an additional invoice will be sent to the customer before purchasing the shipping label.

The customer will then have the option to accept or decline these extra charges. If declined, the order and its shipment will be automatically canceled.
