What Does "Non-Woven" Actually Mean?
"Non-woven" describes how the backing is made: fibers pressed together rather than woven. The result is a stable, breathable paper that resists tearing — and, importantly, it's not pre-pasted: a wallpaper adhesive for non-woven wall coverings is applied directly to the wall, rather than being already on the back like a peel and stick wallpaper.
