Complete your wall
Description
Pay tribute to Quebec's heritage with this wallpaper mural, reproducing a rare historical engraving: View of Cape Diamond, Plains of Abraham, and part of the Town of Quebec, painted by George Bulteel Fisher in 1796. The scene captures Cape Diamond and the Plains of Abraham in sepia and earthy tones — a soft palette of browns, ochres, and grays that naturally harmonizes with country, farmhouse, or classic Quebec-style interiors.
This work is part of the collection curated by Chantal Boulé, an interior designer renowned for her love of country style. Installed as an accent in a living room, office, entryway, or dining room, this mural brings a rare historical depth — a nod to over 200 years of Quebec City's history, while remaining subtle and timeless thanks to its monochrome palette.
Like all our murals, it is available in self-adhesive finishes (smooth or textured) or traditional paper (fibrous, satin, commercial), custom-printed to the exact dimensions of your wall.
This wallpaper is a reproduction of an original work by George Bulteel Fisher, 1796. No modifications to this reproduction will be possible. Work in the public domain and royalty-free.

All Décor Imprimé murals and wallpapers are printed to order on premium peel-and-stick vinyl in our Blainville workshop. They are flexible, removable wall coverings designed for residential and commercial spaces.
Because colours can vary from one screen to another, we recommend ordering a sample to confirm the colours and finish before placing your full order.

Installation
Peel-and-stick (Smooth, Textured): our murals and wallpapers are printed on premium peel-and-stick vinyl and are designed for a clean, approachable installation on a smooth, properly prepared surface — no water or glue needed.
Each large-format order includes an installation guide and an application squeegee. For best results, prepare the wall carefully, follow the panel order, and install slowly from top to bottom.
Traditional wallpaper (Fibrous, Satin, Commercial Type II): not pre-pasted — a non-woven wallpaper adhesive must be applied to the wall before hanging. See our dedicated traditional wallpaper installation guide.

How to calculate
Measure the full width and height of the area you want to cover, including doors or windows if the mural should continue visually across them.
Enter your exact wall dimensions in the configurator. The price is calculated by square foot, so you only order the surface you need.
A 2-inch safety margin is added automatically to help with installation. Our team verifies the crop before printing.
Different finishes
Décor Imprimé murals and wallpapers are available in 5 materials: peel-and-stick — premium vinyl — in Smooth or Textured finish; or traditional wallpaper (not pre-pasted, adhesive applied to the wall) in Fibrous, Satin, or Commercial (Type II) finish.
Smooth offers a soft, uniform finish. Textured adds a subtle refined relief.
For a kitchen backsplash, we recommend the smooth peel-and-stick vinyl.
